"We have made a big step forward in the professionalisation of the project! The group effect and the mentors help a lot. We were sceptical but in the end we are amazed at what we can do in 5 weeks, we asked ourselves the right questions."
"My first fear when starting a farming project was that it would not be economically viable. Hectar, through the experience of my mentors, allowed me to challenge my business model: choosing my distribution channels, setting my sales prices, identifying the right marketing strategy, making the right tax choices."
"This program allows us to put in place effective management tools: financial plan, budget forecast, performance indicators, work organization.... The mentors' knowledge sharing is very rich. There is a great collaboration with the other entrepreneurs in the class. We already feel synergies with other project holders."
