This speciality of the Tremplin program, in partnership with Parfums Christian Dior, is entirely dedicated to floriculture, and in particular to the ornamental, aromatic and medicinal plant sectors. The 5-week program is designed to help entrepreneurs consolidate their flower-growing business.
With personalized mentoring, expert input and personal brainstorming to consolidate and secure your project, the program is aimed at entrepreneurs wishing to set up in floriculture, or those who want to diversify their existing production by creating a floricultural workshop.
Parfums Christian Dior supports the entrepreneurs by providing 100% funding for this program.
This partnership aims to impact environmental transitions by reintroducing flowers into agricultural ecosystems. Our aim is to support the modeling of flower production workshops that meet triple requirements: environmental, social and economic.
"At Parfums Christian Dior, we are committed to supporting the environmental, economic and social transition of agricultural ecosystems. Supporting project leaders in cut flowers or perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants (PPAM) plays a concrete part in consolidating the floricultural sector, to which we actively contribute.
With Hectar, we are building a long-term collaboration to find and provide solutions that can be deployed on floricultural farms using regenerative agriculture. The first aspect of this work is the modeling and deployment of a floriculture workshop on the pilot farm. The second is the transmission of successful models via the Tremplin program. We are delighted to support 60 entrepreneurs."
