What is Lean Farming?

Industrial Origins

Originating at Toyota under the name Lean Management, this system aims to eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and organize workspaces to maximize the value produced.

Adaptation to the Agricultural Sector

Lean farming applies these principles to the farm: reducing unnecessary trips, systematic organization (5S), and simplifying daily farm tasks.

Visible Benefits

Less physical fatigue, a reduced mental workload, and valuable time saved every day—all while improving the team’s productivity and peace of mind.
