Session 3 · AI Deployment at Hectar: A Case Study (1.5 hours)
Objective: To explore concrete and mature use cases
- AI is becoming a driver of autonomy, knowledge transfer, and performance: the Hectar approach
- Overview of active AI agents at Hectar
- Manipulation and deconstruction of Hectar AI agents
Session 4 · Hands-on Workshop: Taking Action (2 hours 30 minutes)
Objective: Create your own use case and your first operational assistant
- Introduction to the main AI interfaces, with a focus on Gemini
- Prompting methodology: structure, context, iteration
- Individual identification of a use case within one’s own organization
- Guided creation of a first personalized assistant
