An engineer by trade, Bruno Macias decided, alongside his partner, to convert to organic cider apple production in northern Spain in 2015. Today, he is an arboriculturist, market gardener, trainer and agricultural installation guide, and co-author of the book. "Néo-paysans le guide très pratique.
