An engineer by trade, Bruno Macias decided, alongside his partner, to convert to organic cider apple production in northern Spain in 2015. Today, he is an arboriculturist, market gardener, trainer and agricultural installation guide, and co-author of the book. "Néo-paysans le guide très pratique. "I agreed to be a mentor for the Tremplin course to help future farmers better understand their installation and succeed in this beautiful, albeit difficult, adventure that awaits them, and to make my contribution to maintaining agricultural generational renewal, which is in danger today."
