With HECTAR, I am continuing my commitment to employment and entrepreneurship. Agriculture is changing rapidly, with new jobs to be filled and opportunities to undertake, create and innovate.
With HECTAR, I wanted to reconcile what others want to oppose, i.e. good agronomic, economic and social practices. It is by combining these three challenges that we find meaning and pride in attracting talent to a strategic sector.
