"The pandemic has put the countryside back at the center of the game, and highlighted the extent to which we depend on our farmers to feed us, at a time when ecological and technological transitions associated with new consumption patterns are turning agriculture and its professions upside down. In this very particular context, it is more necessary than ever to support agricultural transitions. We are therefore delighted to join forces with HECTAR to help support those wishing to train for the jobs offered by tomorrow's agriculture through the Get into Farming program.
HECTAR's Get into Farming training program provides essential tools for entering the agricultural professions. Operated by INCO Academy*, this program aims to raise awareness of agricultural job opportunities among the most vulnerable and those furthest from employment.
