Sycamore Foundation

Since 2011, the entrepreneurial management company Sycomore Asset Management has been committed to improving the company's social and environmental performance. This commitment has resulted in the establishment and publication of a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) report and, more broadly, in the implementation of a corporate project, Sycoway, initiated and developed by all employees.

As an extension of this approach, the founders and employees of Sycomore Asset Management, enthusiastically joined by those of Sycomore Corporate Finance, wished to create the Sycomore Corporate Foundation.

Through their investment activities and their support of company managers, the Sycomore Group's employees have a 360° view of the business world and the European economic fabric: its objective is that this knowledge, network and experience can be used to develop bridges between youth and the business world.

Thus, the Sycomore Foundation wants to be a link between young people and the business world. Its objective is to accompany children, teenagers and young adults in the discovery of the professional world, through meetings and testimonies, in order to create long-term links between young people and companies.
