I discovered the profession of breeder, breeder rather because they were women, for whom the animal welfare is important as well as the respect of the environment, but also the preservation of their quality of life as a breeder.
A big thank you to Tiphaine Mention and Marcelle Madzou of INCO Academy for the organization and the richness of the Get Into Farming training, both in terms of the quality of the speakers and the missions carried out throughout this training course to discover the jobs on the farm and various agricultural training.
Get into Farming confirmed my desire to train in the landscape industry. The teachers are all very committed and helped us discover a lot of things, even in areas that I was less interested in. I was able to meet new people and get in touch with companies that helped me with my project. It also helped me to negotiate my approach with Pôle Emploi, which is now supporting my reconversion project. I was able to pass the entrance exam to the National Landscape School of Versailles, and I will start training in September to become a landscape designer.
